Budget justification

We apply for funding for two initial MYRES meeting cycles ($2 \times 2$ years) which include the workshops themselves and a two day weekend recesses for key note lecturers.

Specific budgets are listed below, we calculate $\sim$$54,000 for each MYRES meeting, $6,250 for the instructors' recess, and $1,000 for supporting a temporary undergraduate assistant for two weeks to help in maintaining the MYRES web site.

The total funding request is $122,500 for the first four years of support for the MYRES conference series.
